Upon enrolling in auto-pay, active Subscribers will receive their complimentary Sun-Dried Sea Moss order the first week of each month. All active Subscribers will receive tracking information once their Sea Moss is shipped.
*please note complimentary 1lb Sea Moss orders will not be mailed out if Subscribers account are not in good standing!
How do I sign up with auto-pay for my $39.99 Monthly Subscription fee?
Upon completion of Subscription enrollment you will have access to the ”Subscribers Shop”. At the top of the page click tab “$39.99 Monthly Subscription Fee” where you can enroll in auto pay.
I no longer need my Sea Moss subscription, do I get a refund for my Subscription sign up fee of $99
No. The $99 subscription fee is non-refundable.
I failed to pay my $39.99 Monthly Subscription fee, how do I regain access to my Subscribers Shop?
In the event you fail to pay your monthly subscription fee by the 15th of the month “Subscribers Shop” will be temporarily disabled. Subscriber Shops will be enabled once payment is received.
I am not happy with my KADATAPH order how do I request a return?
